The Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce has been working for a number of years on legal and workers’ compensation reforms that will help our overall business climate in the state.  Although we assisted in passing historic legislation to reform the joint and several liability law, Pennsylvania still has a ways to go in order to improve its overall legal climate.
